Additive Electronics TechXchange項目致力于研究可使線寬和線距從0.003英寸降低至5微米的制造和設(shè)計工藝，旨在滿足更小、更輕和更高功率電子器件日益增長的挑戰(zhàn)。今年，該項目將深入探討增材制造的市場趨勢、使用狀況，以及對于電子行業(yè)橫跨PCB和IC載板之間的生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)，增材制造如何適應(yīng)低、中、大批量生產(chǎn)。
